Acceptable use

You may use Contextfully to embed shoppable videos on stores you own or manage. You may not use it to host illegal, violent, sexually explicit, or otherwise prohibited content.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We offer a full refund within 14 days of any new charge — just email us.

Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance on the changelog and via email to account owners.

Liability

Contextfully is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email and on the changelog 30 days before they take effect.
