What we collect

When you sign up for Contextfully we store your email and password (hashed), and any data you give us about your WooCommerce stores (encrypted at rest with AES-GCM).

What we don't do

• We don't track visitors to your store. The widget runs cookieless.
• We don't share or sell your data. Ever.
• We don't use third-party analytics on customer-facing widgets.

Cloudflare Web Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on contextfully.co only. It is cookieless and aggregates page views in a privacy-preserving way. No banner is required.

Account deletion

You can request account deletion at any time. Deletion is soft for 30 days (you can recover the account during that window) and then permanent. Originals on R2 are wiped at the same time as your D1 metadata.

Data residency

Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global network. R2 buckets are configured with EU-region hints where possible. Contact us if you need stricter residency guarantees.
